Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (DVRS)

Allies, Inc is a statewide non-profit agency contracted by the state of New Jersey that provides employers with dependable, qualified individuals to meet the needs of an ever-changing workforce. Allies, Inc will help your company meet its staffing needs and offers its services free of charge to all employers. Allies, Inc is an approved Divison of Vocational Rehabilitation vendor. These services include: Job Development, Job Coaching, Follow-along Support, Assistance to attend college and Vocational training.

Allies, Inc also provides support services for individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, and/or deaf blind. Should the individual you employ have a hearing impairment, our Employment Specialists are fluent in American Sign Language and will work to integrate these individuals in your work environment.
