Creative Housing Services

Allies recognizes the need to locate affordable housing for the individuals in their service provision. Most people we serve only have their Social Security check to fall back on – truly not enough to purchase decent housing in New Jersey today. To this end, Allies has worked cooperatively with:

• SHA (Supportive Housing Association) – Working on ways to access more affordable housing for the people we serve
  
• MONARCH – Applying for HUD financed projects and housing vouchers
  
• HFMA (New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency) – Qualifying individuals for home ownership
  
• Local Housing Authorities

Through these partnerships Allies has been able to assist many people in their search for safe, comfortable and affordable housing.
