Since 1999, Allies has been paving a path to independence, acceptance, and equality for individuals with special needs and their families. Through effective advocacy, innovative programming, and flexible support services, our dedicated staff is helping people live richer lives.
Allies not only takes great care in finding just the right supportive living environment for the people we serve, but also providing opportunities for them to be active participants in their communities. We help them prepare for jobs through meaningful training programs to showcase their abilities and connect them to recreational, educational, and cultural programs that add depth to their lives.
Each year, the Allies team plans an annual fundraiser to fund the mission and vision of Allies. As our State and Federal funding dollars continue to shrink, the need to raise additional monies become more critical than ever before.
Our 2017 “A Taste of America” was the hallmark of generosity from all of our friends and business associates. This was our best fundraiser yet, and through the hard work of our dedicated group of volunteers, staff, families, and neighbors, we had a sold out event! The night was filled with high energy, great menu selections of food from our 12 restaurants, fabulous selections of wine from all over the world, delicious autumn beer selections, DJ music, a robust silent auction, a wine pull, a 50/50, a giving tree and so much more!
Our supporters have shown the world that there are wonderful people who care. We want to extend our heartfelt appreciation and gratitude to all who continue to support our efforts with their time and generosity in helping advance our mission.
