Edward Ortega is a dedicated employee. He meets every day with a smile and eagerness to perform his duties to the fullest. He’s also been a participant in our residential program for the past 14 years.

Allies Colorado, Inc. opened its doors in July 2008 with the commitment to provide the very best services and programs to people with special needs that empower them to lead fulfilling lives. Since that time, the Allies Colorado staff, led by Executive Director Marci Davoll, has been dedicated to developing innovative solutions that are as unique as the people they support. Nothing is more important to the Allies Colorado staff than giving individuals the support they need to reach their full potential in life.

In just a short time, the Allies Colorado staff has created a variety of services that promote independence, community inclusion, personal development and self-fulfillment. From residential services and community access to employment and supported living services, Allies Colorado strives to give individuals and families the quality choices they need to realize their dreams.

Each plan of care is flexible and based on an individual’s desired plan of care. Our Supported Living Services (SLS) give people the flexibility to purchase programs on an as needed basis to achieve their goals. There is no one size fits all program. Instead, each service and support is tailored to the wants and needs of the individual.

Allies Colorado residential housing options are custom designed to meet each person’s care needs. We create safe and nurturing living environments for everyone we support that provide the level of care that ensures their mental, physical and social well-being. We offer 24-hour assistance, as well as independent living arrangements, personal care alternatives, host homes, and apartments.

Not only do we help individuals with their living situations, but we also create pathways that ensure their participation in their communities. We help them network with local interest clubs, support social activities, and provide access to recreational events of interest. Allies knows that people feel like members of their community only when they are active contributors to it. That is why Allies work so hard to make sure that this happens through our Community Access programs.

Allies Colorado, Inc. also offers a comprehensive Community Integrated Employment program that provides people with special needs access to meaningful employment. We offer Career Exploration, Job Development, and Follow-along Services that help promote success in the workplace. We want the people that work with us to feel personal satisfaction from their employment. That is why we offer such a broad range of services that give them the support they need to excel in their jobs while achieving self-determination and financial security.
