Phil Monetti

Since 2001, Phil has been creating innovative residential solutions for people with special needs. Whether its finding individuals new homes to meet their needs and wants or adapting their current homes to provide the support they need. Phil’s commitment and dedication to the families we serve make him an invaluable part of the Allies team.

As Senior Director of Residential Services, Phil develops numerous staff trainings and quality assurance initiatives that ensure our residential services provide the highest level of satisfaction. He serves as a staff mentor and works closely with individuals transitioning from Developmental Centers into the community. Giving people homes that provide the safety and security to reach for their dreams is Phil’s greatest accomplishment.

Philip Monetti graduated from Kean University with a BA in Psychology. He has utilized his education by working with and devoting his life to supporting people with developmental disabilities. During his 25 years of service, Phil has worked in all facets of the disabilities field, starting his career as direct care staff.  He played a significant role in the administration of a pilot grant program offered in New Jersey, wherein a private non-profit agency worked in conjunction with the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities to provide Case Management services.
