Philip Monetti graduated from Kean University with a BA in Psychology. He has utilized his education by working with and devoting his life to supporting people with developmental disabilities. During his 25 years of service, Phil has worked in all facets of the disabilities field, starting his career as a direct care staff.
He played a significant role in the administration of a pilot grant program offered in New Jersey, wherein a private non-profit agency worked in conjunction with the NJ Division of Developmental Disabilities to provide Case Management services. In the last eight years at Allies, Phil has been responsible for the development of innovative Residential Services, Staff Trainings and for providing agency-wide Quality Assurance. He has mentored staff and assisted in the transition of individuals from Developmental Centers into the community. All in all, Phil’s commitment and dedication make him an invaluable asset to the Allies team and helps to ensure that every individual receives the best services with dignity and respect.
