Paula R TroySome people say Paula is a self-proclaimed “energizer bunny”, Paula has made it public knowledge that she feels blessed to work, at doing what she loves. “Working, with people and the community.” Her journey toward success began with a background in accounting, economic development and business management, soon moving onward to a business partnership in accounting, marketing and business development it is this collection of experience that led her to build a career in the political sciences, holding leadership roles as A Commissioner on Mercer County Improvement Authority, Asst Tresurer on the Mercer County Improvement Authority and President of The New Jersey Business Incubator Network. Additionally Paula has volunteered on several boards of trustees throughout the State. Subsequently, Paula was the Director of Business Development for Burlington County College where during her tenure in Burlington, resulted in increases to the small business growth and support for the regional area ranking them 2nd in the State of New Jersey. As a result of exceptional leadership and organization skills, Paula has been recognized in the community and the State of New Jersey through a variety of public sources, most recently having been named Business Advocate of the Year by NAWBO 2010 Mercer County’s 50 Most Interesting People 2010, featured in the 2009 issue of SJ Magazine. Women of Inspirations Award, Burlington County College 2010. In fact, her story has been told from the pages of many publications, including interviews done by NJBIZ, the Trenton Times, the Trentonian and other newspapers. Additionally, proclamations recognizing the ongoing accomplishments have come from variety of New Jersey State Legislators and the Burlington County and Mercer County Boards of Chosen Freeholders.
