Lauren Cohen

As Director of Human Resources, Lauren knows that Allies’ would not be the premier service organization that it is today without the talented, dedicated and caring people that make up our staff. That is why she takes such pride in creating innovative and supportive human resource strategies, policies and procedures for the people that work at Allies.

Lauren promotes diversity, employee relations and staff development through a wide variety of human resource initiatives at Allies. She has established special programs and services to meet the needs of our employees.

Ms. Cohen began her tenure at Allies, Inc. while pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Rutgers University. Through her work at Allies she developed a passion for Human Resources and specialized in the field by obtaining a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University. Ms. Cohen has a Professional in Human Resource Management certification (PHR), is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society.
