Elise M. Gambino

Elise began her career in the field as a Program Development Specialist, developing housing for people with disabilities. This experience ignited her passion for helping people with special needs.Wanting to do even more to assist them, Elise jumped at the opportunity ten years ago to join Krystal in starting Allies.

Today, nothing is more rewarding to her than finding innovative ways to enhance the lives of people with special needs. Helping people realize their dreams has become Elise’s mission in life.

Elise came to the disabilities field after a distinguished career in the private sector. For five years, she operated her own pasta and catering company, and prior to that worked for an international chemical company in their food ingredients division.  Using her corporate and entrepreneurial experience Elise develops and expands initiatives within Allies that provide opportunities to people with special needs in New Jersey.

Elise is a graduate of Kean University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a minor in Marketing.
