Cheryl Blake
No one knows better than Cheryl Blake that Allies’ greatest asset is the people that work at the organization. That is why as Senior Director of Quality Assurance & Human Resources she is so committed to providing the very best employee programs and benefits to members of our staff. She also has a step sister with a disability so she believes in the mission of Allies and the opportunities the organization brings to changing peoples’ lives.
Cheryl joined our team in 2003. Since that time, she has been the lead manager of our human resources and administrative programs. She gained her experience in human resources, insurance and financial management working at a variety of companies in the private sector prior to coming to Allies. Her ten years in the banking industry has been particularly instrumental in helping Allies build relationships with financial partners.
Cheryl has been very active in local and civic organizations, serving in leadership posts at the several area Rotary Clubs, the Better Business Bureau of Central Jersey, New Jersey Association of Community Providers and the Ravens Crest East Condominium Association. She was also appointed by the Mayor of Hamilton Township to serve on Hamilton’s Economic Development Advisory Commission in the past.
Cheryl is a graduate of Bryant College with a Bachelors of Business Administration.
