Paula R Troy

Paula R TroySome people say Paula is an “energizer bunny”. She has made it public knowledge that she feels blessed to work at doing what she loves, “Working, with people and with the community.” Her journey toward success began with a background in accounting, economic development and business management, then moving onward to a business partnership in accounting, marketing and business development. It is this collection of experience that led her to build a career in the political sciences and hold leadership roles that include Commissioner on Mercer County Improvement Authority, Asst. Treasurer of the Mercer County Improvement Authority and President of The NJ Business Incubator Network and has served on several boards of trustees throughout the state. Subsequently, Paula was the Director of Business Development for Burlington County College where during her tenure there, increased small business growth and support in the regional area, ranking BCC the 2nd Business Incubator in the State of New Jersey. As a result of exceptional leadership and organization skills, Paula has been recognized in the community through a variety of public sources including NAWBO’s 2010 Business Advocate of the Year, Mercer County’s 50 Most Interesting People in 2010. She has been featured SJ Magazine and was awarded the Women of Inspiration Award by Burlington County College in 2010. In fact, her story has been told from the pages of several publications, including but not limited to NJBIZ, the Trenton Times and the Trentonian. Proclamations recognizing the ongoing accomplishments have come from a variety of New Jersey State Legislators and the Burlington County and Mercer County Boards of Chosen Freeholders. Now that she’s here at Allies Inc., Paula makes it no secret she’s here to stay!
