|Doug received his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Bates College and over the next 20 years went on to participate in starting three successful companies, two for-profit and one not-for-profit.
He joined the Allies workforce in 2004 as Fleet and Facilities Manager and the sole Field Maintenance technician, visiting dozens of locations per month.
Doug first became the Director of Housing and as that Division grew, he assumed the role of Vice President of Housing and then Senior Vice President of Housing.
Today the Housing Department consists of three divisions. New Residential Development that is charged with creating five to 10 or more residential opportunities per year, Facilities Management that maintains, repairs, and improves the 130 Allies residential units, and Fleet Management that watches over the Allies fleet of 165 vehicles.
